Tourist Visa

The UAE embassies do not issue tourist visas. In order to get a tourist visa to the UAE, you need to get in touch with one of the UAE-based airlines, a tour agency or a hotel (where you intend to stay) in the UAE who will apply for visa on your behalf to the official visa-issuing authorities in the UAE.

If you are from any of the countries or regions listed below, you do not need to apply for a visa before you travel to the UAE. When you land in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) or Abu Dhabi, simply make your way to immigration to receive a visa ON Arrival.

  • Colour photograph of applicant
  • Colour copy of applicant’s passport. The passport must be valid for at least three months.
  • The original application form
  • Travel / Medical Insurance (COVID cover)

Visitors to Dubai on tourist visas can have different goals, so depending on the individual’s plan; tourist visas to the UAE can be obtained for 30 or 60 days for single or multiple entries. Tourist visas can then be extended up to twice for 30 days if required, without having to leave the country.
